Reservations •• & •• Cancellations

Please call to make a reservation for time with the Doctor, Hygienist, Clinical or Office Staff. We know your time is important, and we will make every effort to arrange times convenient for your schedule.

We know that you want the finest care possible for you and your family. Excellent care may take more time than expected. Please accept our apologies if there are any delays or changes to your reservation. If our office must reschedule your reservation, we will attempt to contact you promptly so we may assist you in arranging your schedule most conveniently.

Rescheduling Reservations

If you must reschedule your reservation due to sickness or other emergency, please contact us at least two business days prior to your reservation time, to allow us to make this time available to another patient.  Please be sure to speak with someone who can reschedule your reservation.  Leaving a message on our answering machine does not guarantee we will receive your message with enough time to make this time available to another patient, and the broken reservation fees will apply. 

If you call us to reschedule less than two business days prior to your reservation, your fee minus $50 will be applied toward your rescheduled reservation.  If you do not contact us at least two business days prior to your reservation time, the expected fee for the reservation will be charged. There may be a $50 fee for late arrivals >15 minutes after the reservation scheduled.

If you repeatedly fail to arrive promptly or fail to contact us at least two business days prior to your reservation time, we will collect the expected fees for future reservations when made.

Payment for Services
 
•   Payment is due at the time of service.
•   We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
•   In an effort to reduce billing expenses, we offer a 5% discount for payment in full prior to the time of service.
•   We offer a 5% courtesy for seniors.
•   You CAN have that treatment you want! Please ask us how we can make your treatment more affordable!

Payment Plans
 
•   Please ask our friendly staff about our payment plans!
•   We proudly offer Care Credit!
•   We offer low interest and even interest free payment plans!

Insurance
 
•   We will assist you in billing your insurance for services.
•   Please realize that you are responsible to pay your account in full if your insurance fails to pay any portion.
•   We process most insurance plans!
•   Please ask us how we can help you to understand your insurance!
